SAPO just a pathetic waste and disappointment

My package(Ordered from China) has been in transit since the 20/04/2019 and it is now the 30/04/2019, I have been trying to contact these guys for 4 days straight and no answer all I get is 15 minutes on the line saying we are currently experiencing high call volumes, it does not take more than a week to come down from Johannesburg to Durban. Extremely bad service once again, the last time my package got lost as well and I waited 3 months to receive it. i would have rather used DHL I would have received my package weeks ago.
