SAPO JIMC worst service ever. Do not use them!

I ordered a parcel for overseas, not realising it will follow the SAPO route. within days it was at international parcels (25 August!) The first email was answered. Since then, I have sent repeated emails of which most simply remained unanswered. This is unacceptable on both accounts! How is it possible that it can take that long. Can I not go and collect?
