Sapo is shameless

<p>I've been waiting for my international parcel for the past 35 days I even downloaded post office app to track it , today on day 36 its being updated its at Durmail Hub status : damaged item . how did they see inside the sealed box that the item is damaged ? Im realy disappointed its not the first time this happens </p>
