SAPO is a disaster

Ordered a parcel from AliExpress - able to track until it hits SAPO. No information from the moment it hits SA. No way to phone (Spent 25 minutes on hold), no way to track, no response from emails. This is a company that is so rotten that the staff have given up. I have been all over the world and this is one of the worst Post Offices ive ever used.
