SAPO Incommunicado

i have read a lot of blogs on the non-communication of the International Parcel Hub. is there nothing anyone can do? Are we at the mercy of a bunch of lazy, ineffectual, don't-give-a-stuff (enter your favorite word here)? Surely there must be some recourse - minister (hahaha..joke)? But seriously - we cannot just accept it. ANY BRIGHT IDEAS OUT THERE?
