SAPO dysfunctional, nothing new tho

Paid international company for goods who in turn sent to SAPO in June. It has arrived in the country but Post Office can't be contacted via phone or email. This is not the 1st time experiencing this, goods not received yet SAPO has a sale of so called "uncollected" goods, not delivered more like. Who do we contact? So annoyed with dysfunction of SAPO, shut it down rather.
