SAPO Disgusting

I am expecting mail letter from USPS it was shipped on the 20th February 2015 and I still haven't received it.<br> I called the JIMC several times and send countless of emails but there is no response.<br> <br> I contacted my local branch and they said the parcel is not with them.<br> <br> USPS says the letter arrived in SA on the 4th of March.<br> <br> Why is the JIMC holding our mail up for so long.<br> <br> I am will to come to the mail centre to pick up my letter.<br> <br> The tracking number is:<br> o LK***US<br> When I track the parcel is says its still in transit it cannot be in transit for 3 month now.<br> <br> PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY MAIL LETTER! The service from SAPO Is disgusting
