SAPO DISGRACE

If I could score a 0 out of 5 I would!!! One can only complain about 'service' - when there IS some! Both my parcels from the US had been tracked across several states there on its way to me. Tracking numbers supp**** to both. Functional. Then it arrives here and suddenly it's "untraceable'. ****** *******!! Where is the recourse to hold these ****** *********** ******* accountable for what they get up to with our belongings??? Even an ICASA complaint is just shrugged off. Seriously??? Looting with impunity!!! Rather pay 3x the value on courier postage and have a fighting chance to receive your goods. You, SAPO, deserve to go bankrupt, serves you well!
