SAPO = Despondancy

Good Day, I must admit that I don't easily gets despondent or feel defeated, but the Post Office has got me there - almost.

I've ordered a gift for my son for his birthday and it seems that he might not receive it in time for his birthday :-(

I wonder if anyone can assist me. The parcel was received in Johannesburg at the start of February and it was sent to the Durbmail Hub on the 20th of February. For which reason I do not understand as we are staying in Port Elizabeth.

I've tried to call - no one answers...

I've tried to mail - no one responds...

I've even tried a grievance procedure to no avail.

The tracking number is: RZ ********** 34GB. Please help me get this package to PE in time for my son's birthday.
