SAPO Customs JIMC- No reply, No Answer

I have been trying to contact SAPO Customs in Johannesburg since 8:01 this morning. All 11 telephone numbers starting with 011-961 60xx go unanswered.

My Step-Mom is Deaf and I am trying to help her. My sister in the USA has sent some documents to my Step-Mom as my Step-Mom is going to visit her in Florida on holiday

According to Track and Trace the letter (parcel in left JIMC on 27th March after arriving there on the 25th March)
