SAPO Customer Care useless

<p>Customer care does not answer their phone, for weeks.<br /><br />I have mailed countless times to ask why my parcels that have arrived in South Africa slmost three months back have not been sent out. Only once have I received a reply which just said: they are not here. Which was a lie. All the international postal services have confirmed that my parcels have arrived in SA.<br /><br />This is now absurd.</p>
