SAPO Courier Services DO NOT EXIST.

I was sent a package through SAPO Courier Services on 27 August. Which was to take 3 to 5 days. Their website tracking system was working on Monday but only showed the day it was sent out and then has not been working since. I have been going to the post office daily and even there, after waiting in long lines, they were unable to track it. Delays being blamed on covid, I don't know whether I look stupid. After a long wait at the customer services call center they direct to to call the courier services line where you will wait for over an hour with no one taking your call!! After paying full courier prices I don't understand why I still don't have my parcel!!!
