SAPO CEO COULDN'T BE BOTHERED

I sent documents from Malaga, Spain on 08/08/2017- the Documents went via Madrid International Express and left on 10/08/2017. Needless to say they are now in the International sorting office Johannesburg. To date these documents costing R1500 plus R100 postage have never been sorted or delivered. Emails to the service at the post office are ignored /unanswered /fobbed off. So I sought help from the CEO of SAPO three weeks ago, who has not had the courtesy to bother answering my email either. It's no wonder that parastatal is useless and broke. The customer doesn't not matter to the Employees nor the CEO Mr Mark Barnes! Where do you go to get any answers. Such incompetence is unacceptable.
