SAPO can't even read...

You manage to not only deliver my parcel to the wrong address, but also give it to the wrong person? I mean how do you not notice the name signed is not the same as the name on the parcel. Or that you are not even at the same address as what is on the parcel. Is the ability to read not a requirement to work for the postal service?
