SAPO Cannot be trusted with mail

<p>I have 2 parcels from China that left Guangzhou on 30/08/2016. These packages were tracked to the Johannesburg International mail centre, where they dissapeared down a black hole it seems, and after numerous fruitless emails, queries and unanswered phone calls, I still do not have the packages.</p> <p>The irony of all of this is that a further order placed in December 2016 has reached me with no issues.</p> <p>It seems to me that SAPO cannot be trusted with handling mail items, and sadly in future I will use courier services, at great cost as this is not the first time SAPO have let me down.</p>
