SAPO cannot be contacted.

I would give zero if I could. I ordered from amazon in the states because they use courier companies to deliver but this order was shipped using the american postal services. Now the item has reached SA a month ago as per the american postal services. I tried contacting our south africa post office for the last 20 business days holding on the phone 35 mins everyday mon to friday and nobody answers!!!

Noboday replies to emails as well. I have sent continuous emails and no one replies.

Please can someone call me on ***. I have the american tracking number with me. I need to know the SA tracking number and where my parcel is. The SAPO website gives an update 40 days ago saying its in durban and thats where it ended. Please SAPO. Please help.
