I actually hope these little assholes go out of business. Called to get info on tracking number - after 10 mins of waiting, someone finally picks up, I ask about my parcel and give the tracking number then they feign that they can't hear me and HANG UP. Lazy little retards don't want to do any work, they know the person will be unlikely to wait so long AGAIN. As with anything in this country, if you need something done right, go private...
