SAPO - Bad to Worse!

Is it possible for the service from the SAPO to get worse - YES!<br> Now I am dealing with both Tshepo and Eugenia who have proven to be very friendly but totally ineffective in having my parcel delivered!<br> The parcel arrived from the USA on the 21 July 2015 and has still not been delivered - showing \In Transit"on the Track and Trace site! <br> My question is \""In Transit\"" - from where to where and neither of the individuals I mentioned can answer me with a definite answer!<br> WHAT A DISGRACE AND CRIPPLING EFFECT THIS HAS ON THE COUNTRY!!!!"""
