SAPO and JIMC Appalling Service

My Parcel (RS ********** 25DE) is still at the JIMC and has been there since 2018-08-08.

Today is 2018-11-09, meaning my parcel has been laying at the JIMC for 3 months!

This service is appalling and completely unacceptable.

The JIMC does not answer the phone. I want to collect my own parcel so I can actually receive it, but there is no way of contacting the JIMC and the Post Office has no information either.
