SAPO

Is there anyone who can actually give me some sort of heads up as to when i'm receiving my international parcel that has been stuck at the South African Post office CAPE MAIL HUB. How long does SAPO take to process and deliver parcels? It would also be nice if they could answer the phone once in a while, or at least respond to emails. Tracking no: RV***CN
