SAPIMVL GONE PATHETIC

I have paid for my vehicle licence about two months ago. It has not arrived as yet. I have sent numerous queries where I have reference numbers. Not a single response from the post office. Tried phoning them but nobody seems to work in the post office anymore. It's service is pathetic and absolutely poor. I am disgusted with the service. I also paid for the courier service.
