Same old useless SAPO / JIMC

Can the ***** in charge of SAPO be fired for incompetency already?!?

For years I stopped using SAPO for any package delivery rather paying extra to have it couriered until now having purchased some from the US the method used turned out to be via DHL eCommerce & then SAPO

DHL did their part having it in RSA since the 3rd of Jan while SAPO cannot even scan it onto their system to date (17-01-19)

How retarded must one be to after nearly a decade still have the same flawed system with absolutely zero improvement?!? If we can't get rid of the incompetence rather close down! I fear for those who will have to collect grants from them...
