SA postoffice parcels

Waiting for 19 parcels from overseas since March/ April. Sent multiple e-mails, even phoned local post office, and sent a copy of ALL the tracking numbers 3 weeks ago! still NO reply... You really can't complain about the service, because there is NO service!!
