SA POSTOFFICE...Anyone out there???Shocking lack of service/help/response from a mute SA post office!!

<p>i posted a item to a customer 3 weeks ago. When she did not receive it and i sms'd the tracking number to Post Office helpline, it showed a Marijke van Oort, whom I dont know, had collected it.</p> <p>My customer is upset, and wants her product she paid for.</p> <p> I have emailed Post Office customer service 5 times since monday. I have kept all correspondence.</p> <p>No reply 5 days later.</p> <p>I called their 0861 number three times, listened to an automated voice telling me how important my call was for 5 minutes each time, and eventually terminated the calls.</p> <p>I then contacted them via their website contact form and emphasized the urgency of my problem and refered to my previous emails and callls....No reply.</p> <p>I called their 012... Head Office 3times and each time the phone just rang and then after a while stopped.</p> <p>IS ANYONE OUT THERE???</p> <p>How can I get any help from a service provider that does not reply to emails, nor answers phonecalls or responds via their webpage?</p> <p>What more must I do to get your attention?</p> <p>How can i find my parcel if I have no-one to help me ?</p> <p>Wheres your accountabillity?</p> <p>Where are your employees??</p> <p>Wheres my parcel??</p> <p> </p>
