SA Postal Service - Very poor Customer Service

The South African Postal service is extremely bad. I tried to call their customer services department to track an international parcel however If you try the number online there is no answer. Got through to their head office and the lady at reception gave me like 6 different numbers to call for customer services - I mean why would you have 6 numbers for the same service??? Worst of all they all had the same result, I eventually gave up after trying them all to no avail. This is beyond poor, they do not serve the country like they are supposed to and they don't care either.
