SA Postal service "******* or just damn right I don't care attitude"

I wrote to the post office several times using their email portal and direct from my email. i am still as yet to receive a single response or feedback. It is as though they don't give a damn about the patrons or they are just do what they do best and ***** peoples parcels. My parcels were last tracked in June 2020 at distribution centre and that was the last I ever heard of my parcels. The saddest thing is that these parcels were intended as gifts, but never got given. I made sure that I order long in advance to avoid the covid lock down issues so that the intended recipients get their gift for Christmas, but that was a bummer.
