SA POSTAL SERVICE THEFT

I've been trying to retrieve a refund from the Villiers postal service for weeks now for mail they never mailed but I paid for. R300 the first time, and R300 again the second time. The mail never even left the post office. I went to pick it up and then sent it with postnet, the post office never refunded me and just sent me on a wild goose chance, phoning area management all over the freestate. I called Land Line after land, and now I'm here. I have all my receipts, tracking, and invoice numbers
