SA Postal Service Sucks!!

I ordered things from Wish and after waiting months for delivery I got notified that my parcel has arrived and was sent the parcel number via sms.

Unfortunately before I could get to the post office to pick it up my phone screen broke and I had to have it repaired...due to this I lost all my sms's.

I phone Kraaifontein post office to see if I can get my parcel number from them. The lady who was very rude said that they can't give me the parcel number as they don't work with name or surname or identification numbers!! She also told me that I must just wait for them to send met the parcel number via sms again and if they don't the parcel will be send back to Wish!! I asked her how long time do I have before they send it back she said 3 months!!

Now the 3 months is almost up and I still have not received any parcel number which means that I will not be able to fetch my parcel!!

I think this is poor service from the SA Post Office, pathetic as we live in a modern time and I am sure that there is more then enough that they can do to deliver good client service and also maybe send your staff on a course to train them on how to treat clients!! No wonder the postal service is down the drain!!
