SA Postal Service (Post Office) - Useless

I posted an International Registered Letter at Postnet, Ruimsig on 9 January 2018. The destination for the letter is New Zealand and contained documents required for a visa application. A tracking number was provided. The last time this letter was tracked was 12 January 2018 at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB). No updates or movement of the letter have been recorded since then - SA Postal Services (SA Post Office), what shocking service. One can not rely at all on the postal service in South Africa at all.
