SA Postal Service is a Failure

Parcels sent from South Korea have still not been received. Parcels past SA customs in June. After making hundreds of phone calls, paying additional costs. sending countless complaints emails and calling service centers directly, I have still not received assistance. Absolutely terrible service!!! Shocking and sad display of SA service departments. Parcels are apparently sitting at JHB mail hub. Will I ever get them?
