SA Postal Serives simply dont ship Surface mail

<p>We are a small on-line business that uses the SA Postal Serives to ship their parcels world wide.<br />When surface mail (sea mail) parcels are posted the SA POstal Serives simply do not ship them!!<br /><br />Presently we are sitting with 6 parcels tha wdere posted in November 2016 and have STILL NOT been shipped by the Post Office.<br /><br />The personnel at inquiries are very helpful but can do nothing bar to tell us that the parcels are still in the country and cannot be shipped becaiuse the Post office cannot pay for their shipment.<br /><br />How can the SA Postal Serives accept parcels over the counter, get paid for the shipping and just stores the parcels without shipping?<br /><br />If there is anyone who can assist I have parcel numbers, shipping dates, destinations etc. etc.<br /><br />This conduct is attrocious. Has anyone else had the same experience?</p> <p> </p>
