SA post sucks!!

I have proof that 4 parcels arrived in Johannesburg late August 18 and beginning September 18 , today is the 21st of November and still nothing arrived here in Cape Town.. how can a parcel take 3 month from J’burg to CapeTown??? This is 3rd world !!
