Sa Post service

Hi i ordered a clutch kit for a customer in 21 June 2018 it arrived in Sa 02 July 2018 and it is now 20 September 2018 and still stuck at customs. Sa Post office Sa Customs are impossible to get hold of and once a month they will answer and then they cant help ypu (Post Office) and just send you to another number(Customs) and also impossible to get hold off still cant. In the future i will Avoid Sa Post and SA customs.
