SA post post office lying and not working

I have been sitting on the phone to SAPO's I have called ***and get 'Customer Service' waiting for someone to pick up the phone for almost an hour. I am trying to track my international parcel and cant get through to anyone.I have tried emailing *** (no response) the website https://www.postoffice.co.za/Tools/tracktrace.html says page cannot be found ...disgusting service
