SA Post Office:Your service SUCKS!

I bought a house in Macassar 5 years ago.Thats exactly how long i have problems with the Post Office.They dont deliver my Post.I have to collect it from there depo in Somerset West.The manager mr Jacobs keep on promising me better service and that he would phone me back, but never does.I went a step higher than him by contacting his area supervisor, Chantal who also promised to call me back...Needless to say, im still waiting for her call. When i approached mr Jacobs to find a solution to my problem, he told me the postman who is delivering my area, is a drunk who stays out of work alot, in other words he does'nt see things changing in the near future. Last week friday 02nd March 2018, i received post send to me by my Medical Aid in December 2017. I realy hope the Goverment doesnt give them the contract to pay out the social grants, because how on earth will they be able to deliver if they cannot even fulfill there primary function.
