SA Post Office: Worst service provider ever

I've posted my parcel which is supposed to go overseas more than 6 weeks ago. When I track it its still giving me the date when I initially posted it. It has not moved an inch from the post office I left it at. I tried emailing the post office no response. I tried calling I was made to hold for about an hour until I gave up. Worst service ever.
