SA post office- worst service ever and can never get through to them

Ive been trying to get hold of sa post office for more than 2 weeks regarding a package i have orderd from the UK..

SA post office has not once taken my call - everyday i try and get through to them and wait on the line for atleast 30 minutes..

My parcel has not arrived and its been over a month.
