SA Post Office worst ever

Please do not use the SA Post Office for paid parcels delivery. Worst service ever. Tracking system is not updated and costumer service neither answer the phones. I have emailed various times to customer service, but guess what - no reply. Rather pay more and use other companies for your paid parcel deliveries.
