SA POST OFFICE WORSE EVER!

I've imported an item from the UK which landed on the 24th June 2018, I called EMS on the 20th July and they mentioned that there was a two week strike which took place hence the delay in receiving my parcel. Every week since then I've been told my parcel is still lying in Johannesburg. On the 19th August it shows it was only scanned in at Johannesburg facility, today is the 10th September and still no update whatsoever.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I USE SAPO FOR SHIPPING. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER IT'S THE PATHETIC! THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND YOU WILL END UP WAITING 3-4 MONTHS IF YOU LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!
