SA POST OFFICE wont help me with parcel

I had a package sent to me from the USA. A small sample of a metal baseplate. Literally about 4 x 2,5 cm in a properly packaged parcel.

The tracking number given to me by USPS WAS Lc***us

According to the tracking system it arrived in Johannesburg mail center (OR Tambo) on February 14th.

I have mailed the supposed helpdesk or customer center. I have phoned so many times its crazy and NO ONE helps me. Its like absolutely no one cares.

The cannot give a damn about my package. They simply don't want to help.

I have never had such frustrating pathetic service in all my life. All I want it my parcel. I desperately need that little to see if it will work to then bring in more.
