SA POST OFFICE VIRTUAL ACCOOUNT

My name is Odwa Ndita. I have a virtual account with the Post Office due to using it for my SASSA payments and ever since they have stopped giving those payments I have been struggling to get my payments.

That is the main reason why I tried to register for my virtual account their system stated an email was sent no email was sent and even when you click on forgotten password no email gets sent when I try and register it says email is already in use but I can not access my profile.

I need assistance urgently.
