SA Post office useless service!!!
I've order some packages from overseas, packages was sent via USPS more than a month ago. Up until today there has been no local tracking for the packages from the post office. Tried calling the call centre but you are put on hold forever!!!!! I've tried multiple routes to try and track my packages with no success. If I phone the post office with the postal code I provided to the supplier they say they need the local tracking number which I am unable to get. Is there ANYONE in the post office which can help me with this?<br> Tracking Numbers:<br> LN***US<br> LN***US<br> LM***US

Regrettably we cannot trace your items with the provided digits. Kindly note that according to the United Postal Union regulations (UPU) the numbers provided are not recognized as tracking labesl but custom order numbers therefore such items are not always recorded onto our system as the services used to have them forwarded doesnt include a tracking option .
Could you then perhaps furnish your address particulars ( your full name and address) to us on *** and we will attempt to locate them further.
