SA Post Office the worst service in the world Shut this place down

on the 14th February 2023 I reqeusted from customer care at *** to inform me where my parcel with Tracking number:HA***ZA is they came back to me and told me its on its way to Rossburgh post office in Durban when I arrived there they told me that the parcel is not there I must come back next week as it was Friday so I did only to find that the post office was nou permenently closed I reached out to *** again and heard nothing from them so I emailed *** again on 1th March and got the same responce as the last time its on its way to Rossburgh then on the 10th March I emailed again saying that Rossburgh post office is closed where is my Parcel no answer instead I got a message from wish.com to pickup my parcel at Mobeni Postoffice on Monday 20th March I went the that postoffice only to find out that the parcel was returned to Wish.com by Rossburgh postoffice on 08-03-2023 firstly your tracking system if ****up it doesn't work secondly I think I must write a letter to the ministery of post and telecomunications and tell him to shutdown SA Post office for good as that bussiness is good for nothing only to rob its customers from hard earned money and ***** there parcels and the reason I say so because a lot of my wish parcels didnt arrive in my care, they where gone missing in the care of SA Post Office where the tracking stops and parcel disapears so this time I think I must start legal action agains SA Post Office and ride them for that last bit of money that they got
