SA Post Office Sucks!

SA Post Office sucks. I have an international parcel that I urgently from SA post office. I've been advised by Cape Town customer service that the parcel could take anything up to 2 months before it is delivered. I've been trying to get hold of JIMC A so I can make alternative arrangements and possibly get the parcel myself. I've repeatedly been told by Cape Town customer services to contact Joburg directly. I've been given the following numbers to call on different occassion, none of which are being answered: ********** , ********** , ********** , ********** . I've used over 90 minutes of airtime being on hold waiting for someone to pick up.
