SA Post Office sucks!

I had a package mailed to me on 6 March 2019 from South Africa to Brazil. I have sent 4 emails to them, requesting the whereabouts of the package which they have not rep**** on one of them. The tracking status stays the same when I go onto their website. I think their service sucks!
