SA post office stole my money

I tried the SA post office online option to renew my car’s license disc on 22 October 2022. Up until today 9 Nov 2023 I have not received my license disc. I have to renew it and now I am told that my car’s disc was never renewed last year yet I paid online for it. I have logged so many tickets and called so many times just to be transferred and the call dropped. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED
