SA Post Office *****ing goods from parcel....
Good day SA Post Office,

I doubt ANYTHING will come from this, but at least some users will read this and think twice before using your services. I tried to send a special pen in a case and all, to my brother living abroad for his birthday. Long story short, something went wrong and the pen was returned to my PO BOX with a collection slip. After picking up the parcel and driving home, I later discovered that the parcel was tampered with, and had been opened. I then opened the package and with no surprise all that was left is an EMPTY box.

Thanks to loyal staff (loyal to *****ing that is) for taking my pen. Tracking number was: JR***ZA

Keep up the good work as I will never in my life make use of any SA Post Services again.
Thank you for your comment.
In an instance where an item was tampered with, the recipient may log a manual enquiry with the post office. The package can be handed back to the post office and the post master /mistress will assist with the process of registering an enquiry.
The matter will then be referred to security and investigation to find out what happened to the contents and final investigation report will be communicated with the branch.
The branch manager will then contact the recipient with the final outcome.
Our apology for an inconvenience caused.
Best regards,
Customer Service
