SA Post office Staff ***** International Packages(Cellphones and Gadgets)

I have been waiting of an international package will landed in SA and processed on the 7th of Feb 24, unfortunately on my part I was not aware if the package is either a cellphone or any useful gadget the post office staff keep such for themselves, Now the package delivery date is been moved to the 7th of March 24 and I am confident it will be moved to a later date. Why is it that the post office is so ***********?
