SA POST OFFICE Speed services bad service

I have used the sa post office speed services counter to counter service about 5 days ago . I am trying to track my parcel but the website is not working and my tracking number cannot be traced .I have called their tollfree *** number only to not ever get a answer. How much more simpler can this service be made I ask you but unfortunately the company does not have the decency to at least answer their phone or get their online facilities functioning in good time . Please S A post office catch up the current times we are not trying to send a smoke signal on a windy day !!!! Get your services online !
