SA Post Office - Simply Useless

A parcel, sent from overseas, has been at the JHB Mail centre (HUB) since 3rd August. It was sent to the wrong post office and then returned to the hub?? And there it lies! I cannot believe it has taken more than a month to travel 50km, and I still have no idea when it will be delivered. Many e-mails later, never once a reply, and do you think anyone ever answers the phone?? last week I tried once more and let it ring for 17 minutes and believe it or not, someone answered, only to be told what I already knew - the parcel was at the hub. No assistance offered at all, and no possibility of collection from the hub either. Its really worth the extra money to use couriers, at least you know you will get your parcel. As any other Government Department, this lot are useless, completely and utterly!
